Truly Victorian 296: 1895 Ripple Skirt. This skirt is the 1890's at it's best. The hem is a full 6 yards around, with gored seams to fit smoothly at the waist. Three godets in back are in box pleats, while the full side gores fall in graceful ripples. The closure is hidden under the box pleats at the left side back.
