Truly Victorian 304: 1875 Square Overskirt. Truly Victorian 304: 1875 Square Overskirt. This apron is lightly swagged with pleats at the side. The side back has pleated drapes that hang loosely down the sides of the bustle. Two sashes hang down the center back. The closure is in the center back.

Truly Victorian 401: 1870 Blouse Waist. Truly Victorian 401: 1870 Blouse Waist This is a loose fitting blouse, in a style commonly worn as a summer garment from 1870-1872. It is perfect for sheer or light weight fabrics, and is unlined and not boned. Can be made with a high neck (view A) or open "V" neck with frill (view B). The sleeve is fitted to the elbow with a ruffle headed with a puffing, to give lots of fullness to the wrist. Can be made to tuck in, or with a waistband, both historically correct. Button front closure.
